You find your dream home and move in - only to find out that there were problems with it that will require costly repairs. Did you know that you may be able to have the repairs paid for by the seller? By Florida law, the seller of a home is obligated to disclose certain known dangerous or defective conditions to a buyer. Moreover, if you find that the seller not only knew but disguised the dangerous and/or defective condition you should immediately contact your attorney upon discovering evidence of such hidden dangerous and/or defective condition.
If you believe the seller who sold you your home knew about a dangerous and/or defective condition of the home he sold you - but did not tell you about it - and the dangerous and/or defective condition was not readily visible to you, he may be liable to you for the cost of repairing the dangerous and/or defective condition that he sold you your home with. Please contact the Law Offices of Jacqueline A. Cobb today to discuss your situation. We will zealously advocate for and represent you.
